Privacy

This website shares public information about gatherings, sermons, services, and events. Browsing the public pages does not require an account.

Information we process

Google Cloud may process standard technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as request times, IP addresses, browser details, and service logs. Administrators and patrons who sign in provide their email address, account identifier, verification status, and—when available—their name through Google Identity Platform. People who join the program-updates list provide their name and email address. Event registrations record the patron account, event, and registration time.

How information is used

Technical data is used to operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the website. Administrator account data is used only to verify access to the private content manager. Patron account and event registration data is used to show each patron their programs, maintain event counts, and provide the administrator with private event rosters. Mailing-list information is used only to verify the address and send requested program, service, and event updates. We do not sell personal information or use sign-in or subscription data for advertising.

Storage and service providers

The site uses Google Cloud Run, Firestore, Cloud Storage, and Identity Platform. Google processes data under its applicable service terms and privacy commitments. Authentication sessions may use browser storage needed to keep a patron or administrator signed in.

Retention and choices

Operational records are retained only as needed for security and service administration. Pending mailing-list records may be removed if an address is not verified. Patrons can cancel an event registration from their account, and mailing-list subscribers can ask to unsubscribe or have their information removed.
